The Assist Practice

Repeat prescriptions

If you take medication on a long-term basis you can order  a repeat prescription.

How to order:

Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be ready (remember to take holidays into account).

An extra day may be needed if you want your prescription to be sent to a pharmacy ready for collection.

We will conduct a review of your medication at regular intervals. You may need to attend an appointment with a doctor before a repeat prescription can be issued.

If you require any other medication that is not on your repeat medication list, you will need to discuss this with a doctor first. The easiest way to do this is by arranging an appointment with a Doctor .
